Introduction

Maximilian Lachner advises on public law, with a focus on public building and planning law. 

His clients include property owners (building and land owners, neighbors), investors, and municipalities on issues relating to building law and urban land-use planning.

Maximilian Lachner is a member of the PUBLIC LAW team at Glock Liphart Probst & Partner. He also advises and corresponds in English.

Profile

Maximilian Lachner advises and represents his clients both during construction and in litigation in all areas of public law relevant to the development of real estate. 

His legal advice focuses on the creation, enforcement, and securing of building rights, as well as the processing/review of all corresponding administrative law issues. Thanks to almost ten years of experience at a regional credit institution, including in the areas of real estate financing and investment consulting, Maximilian Lachner has a deep understanding of business management issues, which he brings to bear in his consulting work – to the benefit of his clients.

He also continues to work as a proofreader for the Munich exam training program at the Faculty of Law of Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. 

Maximilian Lachner is a member of the PUBLIC LAW team at Glock Liphart Probst & Partner and regularly collaborates with his colleagues from the PRIVATE CONSTRUCTION LAW and REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS teams.
