The client is planning the construction of a new multipurpose arena in Würzburg. The facility will be one of the most cutting-edge event halls in Germany for sports, concerts, trade fairs and conferences. The ARENA will also be the home venue of the “s.Oliver Würzburg” basketball team.

The client has tasked Glock Liphart Probst & Partner with providing legal support for various contractual arrangements required for the implementation of the project (in particular a contract for heritable building rights) as well as with supporting tender processes (e.g. for planning and construction services as well as for the operation of the facility).
