Benedikt Pittana advises on commercial real estate law. He specialises in drafting and negotiating contracts in the context of real estate transactions and provides comprehensive legal support. Benedikt Pittana also provides advice on contractual issues in civil and commercial law.

Profile
Together with his team, Benedikt Pittana supports and represents clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
He has particular experience in drafting exclusivity and confidentiality agreements, due diligence reviews, structuring asset deals and assisting with the notarisation of property purchase agreements. Even after the conclusion of the notarised purchase agreement, Benedikt Pittana advises his clients on all subsequent issues relating to the completed transaction. Finally, he represents them in (court) disputes in this regard.
In addition, his work includes reviewing, drafting and advising on related contracts, involving in particular contracts on easements, encumbrances and financing. This covers all relevant property asset classes, particularly in the commercial, residential and logistics sectors.
Glock Liphart Probst & Partner’s broad expertise in real estate law enables Benedikt Pittana to involve colleagues from the PUBLIC LAW, LEASE and CONDOMINIUM LAW and PRIVATE CONSTRUCTION LAW teams in an interdisciplinary manner when special issues arise.
