Céline Kraus advises and represents her clients in matters of private construction and architectural law – on all issues that arise before, during, and after the realization of construction projects. She is involved in the preparatory stages of construction (particularly in contract drafting), during construction (especially in warranty management), and in the procedural enforcement of claims. One focus of her work is advising during the construction phase, including support with acceptance procedures and assistance during the warranty phase.

She works closely with technical consultants and can draw on the firm’s extensive network, which enables her to take the technical aspects of construction projects into account in her advice in the best possible way – to the benefit of her clients. Ms. Kraus convinces clients and before courts alike with her personality and professional expertise.
