Glock Liphart Probst & Partner assisted the client with the development of the location Adolf-Kolping-Straße 10, Munich, currently the site of a multi-storey car park.
The core of the project is the relocation of the existing parking spaces in the car park to a multi-storey underground car park and the construction of a modern office building with a “mobility hub” on top. The circumstances of the property, in particular the location and the special local conditions as well as various impinging legal issues, made this a complex legal case.
The main focus of our advice was the negotiation and legal support of the heritable building rights contract with the City of Munich. We furthermore supported our client in selected matters relating to project financing and in individual public law issues of the building permit process.
