The abbreviation “kupa” stands for a new, exciting urban quarter built by our client on the site of the former envelope factory in Munich-Pasing with 167 apartments, generous open spaces, shared spaces and multifaceted neighbourhood architecture. The listed building of the former envelope factory was preserved and put to commercial use.

Glock Liphart Probst & Partner provided comprehensive support for this project along the entire value chain, starting with legal support of the purchase of the land, the negotiation and conclusion of complex neighbour agreements, parcelling, the resale of the former envelope factory and the review of the deed of partition together with the condominium bylaws.

Glock Liphart Probst & Partner also provided legal support for the project, including the required construction contracts, the resolution of disputes during the construction process including contractual addenda, disruptions to the construction process and acceptance issues.

We are pleased to have been part of this project.
