The site of the former Munich-Riem airport, located at the entrance to Munich’s trade fair grounds, was a piece of unused land for years, dominated by the old tower, a listed structure. For this urban development task, our client developed the concept of a headquarters building that integrates the historic tower with modern architecture, creating a landmark property at this symbolic location.

We advised and represented the project developer in the negotiations with a fast-growing company from the medical technology sector, from the drafting of a letter of intent to the negotiation and conclusion of the (separate) lease agreements (on the property and operating facilities) to the addenda to the lease agreement and the handover – all on an ambitious time schedule.  The integration of the historic tower into the use concept on the one hand and the rental agreement on the other was a particular challenge.
