Matthias Schmerbeck advises and represents clients in tenancy, lease and condominium law as well as in related real estate law.

His clients include, in particular, condominium owners’ associations, condominium administrators and medium-sized companies.

Matthias Schmerbeck is a member of the LEASE and CONDOMINIUM LAW team at Glock Liphart Probst & Partner.


Matthias Schmerbeck advises and represents his clients primarily in the drafting of tenancy agreements and in all matters related to condominium law. Conflict avoidance is an objective but not an end in itself: Matthias Schmerbeck also regularly appears in court, where he is representing his clients’ interests with determination and great commitment.

His advice on tenancy and lease law covers a broad spectrum – it ranges from clarifying pre-contractual issues to drafting and concluding tenancy and lease agreements, their implementation and their termination and settlement.

In condominium law, Matthias Schmerbeck is very familiar with the (often conflicting) interests of individual owners, condominium owners’ associations and administrators.

He also handles receivables management for condominium owners’ associations, administrators and landlords in order to recover existing outstanding debts.
