Introduction

Thomas Michel advises on individual and collective labour law, insolvency law and liability law.

In labour law, the focus of his work is on individual labour law. When advising his clients on personnel decisions, he emphasises the strategic aspects in addition to legal considerations. Thomas Michel also has extensive experience in proceedings to determine freelance or employment status.

Within the scope of his insolvency law practice, he primarily works on the prosecution of creditors’ rights in insolvency proceedings and the defence of avoidance actions against insolvency administrators.

He also advises on almost all aspects of liability law, from the settlement of claims to recourse for pension providers and the prosecution of insurance law claims, including claims relating to residential building insurance. In cases of claims relating to residential building insurance, his works connect with the field of real estate.

Thomas Michel enjoys an excellent reputation among his clients and insurers for his expertise and reliability.

He is a member of the COMMERCIAL LAW team at Glock Liphart Probst & Partner.
